Your kakejiku is made to order and carefully crafted just for you. We typically require 72 hours to prepare your order before shipping.
Once dispatched from our atelier, your order is expected to arrive within 7–10 business days.
On average, it takes around 12 business days from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door.
If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
